Development & Marketing Intern - The Hermitage No-Kill Cat Shelter & Sanctuary

We are seeking an creative, driven, detail-oriented college student who will be assisting and working with the Development Coordinator. This position will focus on supportive tasks and projects as they relate to The Hermitage’s fundraising efforts and marketing.

The intern will assist the Development Coordinator in planning events, creating marketing materials (including editing videos and photos for promotional content), planning social media and communications schedules, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Public Policy Internship (Spring 2022) - Tesla

This internship will provide opportunities to work with the North American Public Policy & Business Development team on policy and business development, market analysis, and strategic engagement. The incumbent will have the opportunity to learn and grow, working across the team to support its full range of efforts, with a particular focus on renewable energy and EV charging policy, public utility regulation, and renewable energy market opportunities.

Writing Center Tutor

The THINK TANK Writing Center supports the development of student writers throughout their whole career at the UA. Our peer tutors meet with undergraduate and graduate students to offer helpful feedback on any kind of writing at any stage in the process. Tutors conduct sessions and workshops both in person and online. This is a student-friendly, on-campus position with no prior tutoring experience required.

Children's Action Alliance

CAA is looking for a couple of dynamic individuals and changemakers to fill the Executive Assistant and Development Assistant positions. The right candidates will play an essential part in office and event management, operation efficiency, and ultimately, the success of the organization. The Executive Assistant will primarily provide administrative support to our leadership team and board of directors and occasionally assist with some of our policy and advocacy projects. The job entails nuanced research regarding policies, regulations and general topics that affect businesses. This will require detailed research, but also the ability to succinctly communicate findings in plain English to senior leadership and sales professionals. This is for someone with some professional experience as well as someone who is goal-oriented and eager to learn about a wide range of topics. Some examples of the work we have been doing include researching air quality and air permitting, water situations in various states and electric vehicle policies.

Program Coordinator (Research & Evaluation Analyst) - Pima County Department of Justice Services (full-time position)

Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day activities of a specific single functional program. This is distinguished from Program Manager by its direct participation in the day-to-day activities of a single functional program with highly specified objectives.
